ISO Quality Management System

System according to ISO 9001 means, for a company, both an obligation towards all customers as well as reputation and recognition on the international scale, guaranteeing further development and a stable position on the market.

The Quality System implemented in the company forces uniform and repetitive quality of goods and pursuit of their continuous improvement. It also makes it possible to arrange company organization and facilitates supervision over conducted activities and prepared documentation. Employees of the company precisely know their competences and knowledge, and who they may turn to in case of any problems. On the other hand, customers of companies receive a response to a complex complaint or suggestion of improvement or preparation of a new product.

The Quality System valid in our company meets the requirements of the new standard PN-EN ISO 9001: 2009 with regard to design, production, distribution and sales of milk and dairy products with due observance of the requirements of HACCP System.

Additionally, in 2007, we successfully completed implementation of Standard ISO 22000: 2006. The confirmation of compliance of conducted activities with this standard was the external audit conducted by the Polish Research and Certification Centre in Warsaw and renewal of the Certificate of the Integrated Quality Management System in 2007.
